SUPW –   SOCIALLY USEFUL PRODUCTIVE  WORK

SUPW expands as ‘Socially Useful Productive Work’. It is a purposive productive work and services related to the needs of the child and the community. It helps the children to acquire the skills required to do a particular activity by comprehending the underlying principles involved. Learning these socially useful activities will boost the morale of the students and make them self-reliant as well. Scudder school always values such enrichment activities and conducts them effectively. Age-appropriate SUPW activities are scheduled for middle and secondary school children to ensure the holistic growth of the children. One period per week is allotted for SUPW.

SUPW also remains an additional, but mandatory part of the course curriculum in schools affiliated to Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations.
