(b) Admissions are restricted to children born between 1st June 2018 and 30th November 2019.
(c) Vacancies are not available for grades that are not mentioned in this form.
(d) Incomplete applications will not be considered.

(b) Age restriction for admission to
i) UKG – Admissions are restricted to children born between 1st June 2019 and 30th November 2020
ii) Grade 1 – Admissions are restricted to children born between 1st June 2018 and 30th November 2019
iii) Grade 2 – Admission are restricted to children born between 1st December 2016 and 31st May 2018
(c) Vacancies are not available for grades that are not mentioned in this form.
(d) Incomplete applications will not be considered.
(e) School bus facility is available from CMC Hospital (Town Campus), to John Carman School (CMC Ranipet Campus), via Sathuvachari.
